SHIPPING
Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free. We prepare orders for shipping as quickly as possible. Tracking is sent once your order leaves us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be sent back for a refund. Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Before sending anything back, email support@strivolife.com with your order number. Please do not send a return without instructions.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
YOUR FIT
For knee-high socks, use your calf measurement if you're between sizes. For ankle socks, size down for a firmer fit or up for more comfort.
