We want you to love your STRIVO socks. If they're not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send them back for a refund.
How it works
- Email support@strivolife.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with return instructions. Please wait for them before you ship anything back.
- Send the socks back unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging.
- Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method.

Arrived damaged or wrong?
Check your order when it lands. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Good to know
Original shipping charges aren't refundable. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping is free on orders $50+ and $4.99 below that. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
